Hello! I recently used Golden Touch Electronic Repairs and I am thoroughly impressed! Although Branden is a young businessman he is extremely professional and his work speaks for itself. I had my iPad mini screen fixed and it looked brand new upon return to me. I will say when setting up appointment times give yourself a a 2 hour window. He is mobile so of course the roads and weather contribute to the time it takes to pick up and drop off to you. Even if he is running a little behind he always keeps you abreast of what is going on so you do not feel out of the loop and let on. I highly recommend Golden Touch Electronic Repairs to everyone! Money will be well spent!

Golden provides a great service. He responded very quickly to an early Monday morning service request (0700). He was courteous and professional. He came to my place of business which saved me two trips to a repair shop. The glass replacement on my iPhone 11 (not max or pro) was completed within 30 minutes. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

I had a galaxy s10 plus that had a cracked glass. Brandon with Golden Touch was able to come to my home in Ft Worth , pickup my phone, take it to his shop in Dallas and repaid it and returned my phone to me the very next day as promised to me. Most other shops wanted to replace the screen and the glass, but Brandon was able to replace just the glass saving my about 150.00. I would definitely use Golden Touch for all my cell phones and Tablet repairs from here on out. Brandon was very very polite and respectful to me and kept his word on what he would do and when it would be ready.
